Believing that Jessica's House has need of my volunteer services, I understand and agree to the following:
-I am volunteering my time and services to Jessica's House without expectation of compensation, benefits, or future employment.
-Volunteer applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. I will be notified approximately two months prior to the next training with a decision about if I am accepted for the next training dates.
-Volunteer training is offered if I intend to commit to at least one year of volunteer service.
I certify that the answers given by me to the foregoing questions and statements are true, correct, and without omission. I authorize Jessica's House to investigate and/or verify the foregoing information, which might assist them in determining my qualifications for volunteering by any reasonable means including a formal background check.
